Spring has Sprung! Not only has the weather warmed, but it’s brightened our spirits too – after a nasty end to winter. If ever we’ve had a land buyer’s “turnaround” – it is NOW! With many properties available, and prices receding back to pre-recession levels, we’re finally at a point where we can say “The light at the end of the tunnel is no longer the train!”
As I’ve said many times before, the first step to buying mountain land falls on your shoulders – and it’s called commitment. Before you begin your search for land, make a commitment to yourself that you are ready to act.
Check your finances, agree on how much you want to invest, and make a list of all the features and amenities you expect to find.
Once you know you’re ready, call or Email us, and provide the list you’ve created. It should include 1) preferred location, 2) price range, 3) number of acres, 4) wooded vs open land, 5) state road vs. right-of-way, 6) streams vs views, and any other preferences you may have. We’ll take it from there, research available properties, and take you on a no obligation tour in our Polaris ranger. We’ll be ready when you are.
